Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please note that during high demand periods or promotions, processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. If you are located outside the United States and would like to place an order, please contact us to check availability.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Purevo Labs is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. However, if your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately at support@purevolab.com. We can only update addresses before the order ships.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged package and product. We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
