Refund policy
Returns
Due to the nature of our product, we only accept returns on items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it and must not have been opened or used.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Opened or used chalk bags

Products that were damaged due to misuse

Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
If approved, we will offer either:

A full refund
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at support@purevolab.com.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
